Thank you for shopping with BNG Creative Designs. The following Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

All items are custom-made to order.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may increase

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

⚠️ Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded

  • If the package is returned, reshipping fees will apply

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

BNG Creative Designs is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

If your package is marked delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

6. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary based on location and order size.

7. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the packaging and item

We will review and determine if a replacement is warranted.

8. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Delivery times vary by country

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes
