Shipping delays caused by USPS or UPS are outside our control; contact your carrier for transit updates. We are not repsonsible for lost packages. This is an issue outside of our control. Once we have receipt showing delivery to carrier, we are no longer responsible for the deliver or loss of the item.
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Please double-check all order details, including sizes, colors, designs, and shipping information before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement at our discretion.
