Can I upload my own design?

Yes! Simply use our Upload Your Custom Design option to submit your artwork. We'll review your file before printing to ensure the best possible results.

Do you check my artwork before printing?

Yes! Every custom order is reviewed. If we notice any issues with image quality or sizing, we'll contact you before printing whenever possible. If there are changes that need to be made, this will delay the processing and shipment.

Can you create a design for me?

Absolutely! If you don't have artwork, we can help create a custom design based on your ideas. Contact us to discuss your project.

Can I wash DTF printed apparel normally?

Yes. For best results:

  • Wash inside out.

  • Use cold water.

  • Tumble dry on low or hang dry.

  • Do not bleach.

  • Do not iron directly on the design.

Following these instructions helps your print last for years.

Do you accept returns?

Because many of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.
